By accessing phboss8, registering an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the phboss8 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and phboss8. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

phboss8 reserves the right to require users to reaffirm acceptance of updated Terms by presenting the revised document upon login before access is restored to the Platform.

To register and use phboss8, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. phboss8 enforces this requirement strictly through KYC identity verification.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate entities, foundations, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold phboss8 Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local laws or regulations.
• You must not be a current or former employee of phboss8, its affiliated companies, or any game provider supplying content to the Platform, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with phboss8 or any other licensed gaming operator that remains in effect.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law and must not be acting under any form of guardianship that restricts your contractual rights.

Registration of a phboss8 Account is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. phboss8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your identity, age, and address at any time and to suspend or terminate Accounts where satisfactory evidence is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any of your details change. phboss8 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party.
• You must notify phboss8 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.
• phboss8 is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized Account access that results from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, gift, or assign your Account or any credits or winnings associated with it to any other person.

phboss8 may request KYC verification documents — including government-issued photo identification and proof of your registered payment method — prior to approving your first withdrawal and at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to complete KYC verification to phboss8's satisfaction will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

phboss8 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods available to Philippine-resident players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and InstaPay transfers. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is available in the Cashier section of your Account.

The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100. phboss8 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees or transfer limits. phboss8 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment services.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods registered to third parties will be rejected and returned.
• phboss8 processes deposits in good faith. Once a deposit is confirmed on the Platform, it is immediately credited to your Wallet. phboss8 does not accept responsibility for delays arising from third-party payment processing systems.
• phboss8 may impose deposit limits on any Account at any time as part of its responsible gaming obligations or anti-money laundering compliance procedures, without prior notice.
• You agree not to dispute or initiate chargebacks for legitimate deposits made on phboss8. Chargebacks initiated fraudulently will result in immediate Account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities.

Withdrawals of real-money funds from your phboss8 Wallet are subject to the following conditions. phboss8 targets GCash withdrawal processing times of 5–15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Actual processing times may vary based on payment provider availability, compliance review requirements, and the volume of withdrawal requests being processed at any given time.

• A completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal will be processed. phboss8 reserves the right to request additional documentation during a withdrawal review at any time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that match the verified identity and name on your phboss8 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. phboss8 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, provider fees may apply.
• Any pending active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds associated with your Account must be satisfied before a withdrawal of real-money funds can be processed.
• phboss8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on withdrawal requests exceeding PHP 50,000 in a single transaction or PHP 100,000 within any seven-day period, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

phboss8 reserves the right to void any winnings and suspend an Account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms, pending investigation. Any findings of confirmed fraud will result in permanent Account termination and forfeiture of associated balances.

phboss8 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the general terms set out below, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual offer in your Account's Promotions section.

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Creating additional Accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified on the individual offer. The standard wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements must be met exclusively using the Bonus Funds, not real-money balance.
• Bonus Funds expire if the associated wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period stated on the offer. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from your Wallet without notice.
• phboss8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time, without prior notice, where circumstances require.
• If phboss8 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, low-risk betting patterns, or exploitation of promotional terms — it reserves the right to void associated bonus winnings and adjust Account privileges accordingly.

All games available on phboss8 use independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that ensure random and unpredictable outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are certified values from the original game providers.

Each game type on phboss8 is governed by its own specific rules as defined by the game provider. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before participating. phboss8 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics or rules.

• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the Platform's server-side records of the game session will be considered the definitive record of play.
• phboss8 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a technical malfunction or software error has materially affected the outcome, and will refund the original stake in such cases.
• Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change prior to settlement. phboss8 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by data errors, pricing errors, or obvious mistakes.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on phboss8 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities or PAGCOR:

• Registering or using an Account while under 21 years of age, or providing false information about your age or identity during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating more than one Account on phboss8, including through the use of different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods.
• Using any automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorized by phboss8.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, including the use of payment methods obtained through unlawful means.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to phboss8 support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in live dealer or poker games, to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Using a VPN or other anonymizing service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to conceal your true location from the Platform.

phboss8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing harm associated with problem gambling. In compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements and as a matter of corporate commitment, phboss8 provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account settings. Limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Alerts: You may configure notifications that alert you to the duration of your active gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: You may request a temporary Account suspension of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, activatable directly from Account settings.

All content available on the phboss8 Platform — including but not limited to the phboss8 name, logo, trademarks, software, game content (supplied under license from third-party providers), graphics, text, databases, and user interface designs — is the property of phboss8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of phboss8.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phboss8 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

phboss8's aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phboss8 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity problems, device failures, or actions by third-party payment providers that are outside phboss8's reasonable control.

phboss8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting user rights, financial obligations, or game participation rules — phboss8 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered players by email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting phboss8 support. Any funds held in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method following applicable processing and verification procedures.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (the New PAGCOR Charter) and other applicable gaming legislation and regulations.

In the event of a dispute between you and phboss8 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, phboss8 encourages you to first contact our support team through the live chat channel, where the majority of account-related disputes can be resolved promptly. phboss8 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days where possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the phboss8 internal complaints process, the parties may seek resolution through mediation or the appropriate judicial or regulatory forum in the Philippines with jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute.
